About KYRO Design Group

Founder/Owner - Lance J Markley was born and raised in the Eastern Washington/North Idaho region of the Great Northwest. He joined the military and was stationed in Florida and South Carolina.

Lance studied Architecture at Boston Architectural College while working as an intern-Architect at the Massachusetts Port Authority and as a Job Captain/Designer for The MZO Group - an award winning firm in Stoneham, MA.

Lance then spent many years managing lumber supply companies in support of some of the nations largest home builders in Florida, Georgia and Texas.

Lance has been designing custom homes and managing projects in Idaho, Washington and Montana since 2017.

KYRO Design Group was founded in an effort to explore modern Northwest design that is respectful and cost conscience.

KYRO Design Group specializes in custom residential architectural design, blending modern functionality with Northwest aesthetics to create seamless projects for discerning clients.
